In October of 2011 I found I was at a
low point in my fitness. I was out of shape, overweight, and my cholesterol was
through the roof. My Dr. told me that I was on the verge of being diabetic. I
was physically and emotionally down. I knew I needed to do something. That’s when
I heard Tony Horton on a radio show talking about his newest program to be
released (P90X2). I made a decision that I was going to do it.
I started P90X in January of 2012. My main purpose for taking on this program
was to challenge myself and become more fit. I loved the program. Tony
Horton is funny and engaging. The three elements that the program works on are
strength, cardio, and flexibility. Finishing the program gave me a huge amount
of confidence. I lost 5 lbs. and I was more in shape but I had not made any
changes in my nutrition.
Beachbody
sent me a week of Shakeology for free so I tried it and I really liked it. I
ordered my first bag and the P90X2 program.
The combination of Shakeology and P90X2 got me in the best shape of my
life. I lost 25 pounds and was ready to take on the world! I learned a huge
lesson about nutrition and exercise. Everyone started to ask me what I did
because I looked so much better. I was so impressed by the high quality of the
workout and the nutritional products that I wanted to share to everyone I knew
the great benefits I found with Beachbody. They really have all the tools to
completely ripped!
I decided
to be a coach for Beachbody. I have had the opportunity to share something I’m
passionate about with hundreds of people. My favorite part of being a coach is helping
a lot of people really change the quality of their lives.
